29 March 2007. Blessing of the Jubilee Music Ministry at the Laiko Building, Manila Cathedral, Intramuros, Manila. Cardinal Gaudencio Rosales blessed the office. Here, I am with two of its proponents: Fr. Carlo Magno and Fr. Mimo Perez, both excellent composers.
